Research interests

Ketty Gottardo’s research interests focus on Old Master drawings and prints, with a particular focus on Italian and French drawings, and the history of collecting.

Fellowships

June - September 2005

  • Bromberg Fellow. British Museum, London, Prints and Drawings DepartmentAssisted with print room duties and contributed to the catalogue of 17th-century Italian prints for the online museum database, under the supervision of Antony Griffiths and Dr. Mark McDonald.

July 2005

  • Neil McGregor Fellowship. Fellowship awarded for PhD research.

May 2004

  • Practicum on Old Master drawings. Grant awarded to participate in a seminar on Old Master Drawings organized by the Drawings Department of the National Gallery of Art and CASVA.

  • The Getty Paper Project grant : this grant allowed The Courtauld to offer a two-year curatorial fellowship in the Prints and Drawings Department.
